TRF Contract Training is a Registered Training Organisation in Australia;

We currently deliver Units of Competency from the RII09 Resources & Infrastructure Industry Training Package for those clients wishing to obtain a Statement of Attainment here in Australia or Overseas.

 

RPL/RCC Process:

The RPL/RCC is a process whereby evidence is collected and a judgment is made by an assessor or assessment team against the requirements of one or more endorsed units of competency from a relevant industry Training Package.

The judgment is made on evidence provided by candidates of the skills and knowledge that they have previously learnt through work, study, life and other experiences, and that they are currently using.

This evidence may include:

• work records
• records of workplace training
• assessments of current skills
• assessments of current knowledge
• third party reports from current and previous supervisors, trainers, managers and customers or clients
• previous qualifications
• confirmation of relevant unpaid or volunteer experience
• examples of work products.

In many ways, Recognition is like other forms of competency-based assessment.

 

Code of Practice:

1. PURPOSE

To establish and maintain a set of procedures for distribution to the client, staff and other stakeholders when requested.   This will ensure that:

• Clients are aware of important company policy and procedures that may affect their successful participation in training and/or assessment activities, and other similar interactions with TRF Contract Training.
• Trainers/Assessors are aware of company policies and procedures,
• Clients may access the information from the company website, relevant details may be accessed at will, and
• TRF Contract Training is seen operating an open in and transparent system.

      2.  SCOPE

This procedure applies to activities relating to good practice in all area of company interaction with the client and other stakeholders. In particular it is made available to potential stakeholders to enable them to make an informed decision about their own training and assessment needs through TRF Contract Training.

 

Trainer Assessor Induction Package:

This Section is for those persons required to complete the TRF RTO Induction.

A personal Logon and Password registered to each Trainer Assessor will be required to access these documents. Induction Package Link

 

Certificates, Statements of Attainment, and Qualifications:

Depending on the Training Package being delivered, a Statement of Attainment or a Full Qualification will be issued to successful candidates. The Statement of Attainment for a piece of Earth moving Equipment indicates that the individual has being Trained, Assessed and Deemed Competent on that Particular Type, Make, & Model of Machine. A Full Qualification will be issued on successful completion of all the required Units of Competency for that particular Qualification.
